The first article i chose to read was "Try Feedforward instead of Feedback"

- From reading this article it seems that giving feedforward is a lot better than giving or getting feedback, feedforward is a all about Quality Communication. 

I think feedforward could be very helping to everyone and could open a lot of peoples eyes. 

The second article i read was "The difference between Praise and Feedback"

This article spoke about how there is a difference between praise and feedback, for example if you were giving a child some feedback you would have to be very sensitive as you wouldn't want any long lasting harm to happen over a few harsh words. Its not always the best idea to give praise as every human being needs feedback and we all learn from our mistakes, whether that's by ourselves or with the help of others.
